W. Welsh, Esquire
Welsh (Steve) graduated from the Franklin & Marshal College with a
Bachelor of Arts Degree then Penn State Dickinson School of Law
and was admitted to the Bar of the State of Delaware.
currently practices in the areas of criminal law, family law
(divorce, custody, child support, adoption, protection from abuse
and guardianship), and worker’s compensation. Mr. Welsh also
practices dependency/neglect law in the Sussex County Family
has been admitted to practice before all courts in the State of
Delaware. He belongs to the American Bar Association, the Sussex
County Bar Association, the Terry Carey American Inns of Court and
the American Trial Lawyers’ Association.
Lewes, Delaware Mr. Welsh attended Cape Henlopen High School where
he was active in student government, was the captain of the soccer
team for two years and captain of the State Championship lacrosse
team. He was First Team All State and a High School All American.
attending Franklin & Marshal College he was captain of the
lacrosse team and was two time All Conference. He was a
Centennial Conference Player of the Year and also a College All
